This year’s Legends and Logging musical acts, Saturday, June. 13 in downtown Park Rapids, will feature a selection of local talent. Brought up in Austin, Minn., Scott Jasmin has lived in Park Rapids since April and plays a mixture of 1970s radio hits and original, “small town songs.
